Keeping the Obesssion Alive -aka, Castle Talk

Well, the season is over and the big, official announcement of whether Castle is renewed (and how many episodes and when its tarts and… well, all that) is due today. Rock on, I’m looking forward to it. But I did miss relaxing Monday night watching the show. So… I did the next best thing. I downloaded all the episodes from iTunes to watch on my Computer (sorry, that iPod screen just doesn’t do justice to Nathan Fillion’s cute face).

So to keep the obsession fresh and kicking, I figured I’d watch one a week (ha, as if I’ll stick to that few viewings) to discuss here on Tuesdays – starting next week. Cool, huh? So how will you keep up with the discussion, such as it is, if you missed the episode? Good question. The last few are available at the ABC webpage. iTunes has them for sale. And I think there are a couple sites that are showing them (the older episodes aren’t on Hulu at this point, I just peeked) and the Season One DVD isn’t out until September. So my first question is: How do you keep up with the old episodes? Any ideas?

And for today, my second question is – did you see any official news yet from ABC declaring our Castle obsession safe?

I heard it was renewed two days ago. There was much rejoicing. :)

Nathan Fillion tweeted that it was a couple of days ago. He said he doesn’t remember having a second season of anything!

The season of 24 that ended yesterday came out on DVD today. I wish other shows would do that, while the excitement is fresh!

I haven’t heard anything official yet.

Re 24, it’s too bad it was the most boring season ever. *g*
