A New Addiction
No no, not more shoes. Well… there is always room for more shoes (and as soon as the contracts get here -3 new pair coming! Yes!!) But this addiction is a little different.
Castle. The TV show. I’m hooked. Seriously, additively hooked.
The hero – a bestselling author
The heroine – a homicide detective
The supporting cast – hilarious
The music – I’ve downloaded 3 songs from iTunes after watching this show
Its fab. Nathan Fillion is delish. He has a wicked metro bad boy thing going on that I love to watch. He’s definitely a player, with a charm and clever mouth that makes you just shake your head in appreciation. And as sexy as that is, its actually his brain, how fast he thinks, his understanding of human nature that really hook me. Well, that and the fact that he’s a marshmallow. A great dad, a good son… those are fabulous balances for the playboy wildness.
He – Rick Castle – and Detective Beckett are great to watch. She’s gorgeous, dedicated and strong. And got an open mind and she’s smart enough not to fall for him -or at least not to let him know.
The sexual sparks, the catchy dialogue, the clever plot twists. Yeah… I’m hooked.
Last nights episode? Home Is Where The Heart Stops? EXCELLENT!! OMG her dress is, wow. The auction was hilarious, and the shooting range? Serious LOL moment.
My favorite line from last night’s episode? “We could always just cuddle, Castle.”

I haven’t. Mainly no time. But I also saw who the main character is and–dare I say it–there’s just something about him that makes him not sexy for me. Totally unfounded, but I get that way sometimes. It’s why I don’t watch Gone With The Wind or Casablanca or that Robert Redford movie about baseball. I just don’t view those guys as sexy. I’m sure I’m missing out!

Hmm… Virna, I wouldn’t have thought he was sexy at first glance either… but this character. The humor, the glint of naughtiness in his eyes… the, well the whole package. So sexy!!!

I love Castle and I adore Nathan Fillion. The dialogue is great, love the sparring; I think they call it foreplay. LOL.
And yes, the target practice scene was wonderful. It comes on at an appropriate time, right after Dancing with the Stars!
I LOVE this show!!! I love all the things you mentioned. I haven’t seen last night’s episode yet, though.

I tried to watch it once. I just couldn’t get into it. I was probably reading a good book!
I LOVE THIS SHOW!! ABC replayed the first show on a Saturday after it premiered and boy am I glad I was channel surfing. I haven’t missed an episode yet.
