Monday’s Quote
The score never interested me, only the game. ~ Mae West
Ain’t that the truth
I love the game, even when I lose sight of why I love it…

LOVE that quote!
It may just be my cold meds messing with my thinking, but I think that this is so true of romance novels too, you know…at least from this reader’s perspective…we all usually know the score (or ending) but it is the game (or journey) that really matters or how they get to that end. The game (or the journey) is what makes the story interesting and stand out. Did I make sense?
Commenting and cold meds are not a good combo…LOL

HEY Jennifer - feel better!!!
I agree with you totally on the romance novels. Its the journey, the individual story, that counts. And no two are the same, which is why we should all read as many romances as possible *g*
