It may just be my cold meds messing with my thinking, but I think that this is so true of romance novels too, you know...at least from this reader&#039;s perspective...we all usually know the score (or ending) but it is the game (or journey) that really matters or how they get to that end.  The game (or the journey) is what makes the story interesting and stand out.  Did I make sense?
