Holding out for a Hero

Do the ends really justify the means? Every hero tonight justified his actions. Actions that directly caused pain, or death, to another person. Its a fine line between hero and villian, and apparently they all straddle it in one form or another. Is it that absolute power corrupts absolutely theory at work???

If you watched Heroes, which storyline shocked or upset you the most? What do you think of the choices the different characters made tonight?

I was shocked an upset that we didn’t get to see Peter, shirtless. :)

Seriously, I love the storyline of the previous generation trying to learn — and pay for — their mistakes. I hope Matt doesn’t go all Dark Side on us, but I have a feeling they’re setting him up to follow in HRG’s footsteps in order to protect Molly as HRG did with Claire.

Hiro is the only character we saw who did not interfere when he had the power to do so. It has to come down to mano-e-mano between Hiro and Takeshi/Adam. We still don’t know what Angela Petrelli’s power is, do we? Or even that of Hiro’s father. We do know that the previous generation all had powers. I’m just curious what they all are.

I loved the sound HRG made at the end there. He managed to get so much emotion into that one single OMG sob.

It is a thin line that separates good and evil, a line we straddle sometimes in the name of doing what is best for ourselves or others. I believe it will come down to how each of them was raised to see who rises to the name of HERO.
