Well… What did you think?

Did you watch the season opener of Heroes? If so, what did you think? I’ve aleady heard from one friend that she’s done with the series. But for me, I’ll stick it out for awhile longer. I think there was a little too much cheerleader, although that might be due to the fact that the paparazzi has been all over the actress over the last few months, so its almost overkill. There was definitely not enough Peter, although his part rocked and answered (and left) some great questions. I love Hiro, am eh on Matt, very intrigued on the death marks and can’t wait to see how Kensei’s history is repaired.

So… how about you? If you’re not a Heroes fan, what show are you anxiously anticipating seeing this week?

I was pleased with how Heroes unwound last night. Last season Claire really did annoy me too, but she seems to have grown up since then. I hope she permanently leaves her bratty self behind and becomes integral to the show, not just a damsel to be saved. We also saw a new strong heroine, Maya, and I’m interested to see how they develop her obviously tormented character.

I want to know what is up with Nathan seeing himself mutated in the mirror? And Peter, oh that was just too little of Peter, but it was intriguing nonetheless. Not enough of Suresh either. I’ve loved Greg Grunberg since Alias, so I hope Matt succeeds, though I think he’s his own worst enemy.

And Hiro, I hope he saves the day on his own and gets the girl to boot. Maybe he’ll take her back to the future with him.

I LOVED Heroes!! I wasn’t as thrilled with the opener as I thought I’d be – but there is a whole season ahead and I’m definitely looking forward to it.

The new character, Maya, was very interesting. I agree, much too little of Peter – and way too much Claire – but I love the show enough to know they’ve gotta be going somewhere with it.

My husband thinks that with the whole Kensei story line, it’s going to end up being the girl who was the hero actually. Who knows? I’m sure they’ll surprise us and keep us wondering through the season.

I’m actually kinda looking forward to seeing what they do with the Bionic Woman – if for no other reason than just reliving the good old days. I’ve really enjoyed Saving Grace as well on TNT and Love Eureka on sci-fi. I liked that show that was on last night where the guy does the time traveling. I thought it was interesting – I’ll keep watching a few more episodes for sure – but I can’t remember the name, I guess that’s not a good sign? ;-)

I love Heroes. The hour went so quickly, even with limited interruptions. Heroes seems to always leave you with ‘Huh?!?’ I love that part.

Eureka is my other favorite show. Carter is soooo cute.

I really liked Heroes, especially Hiro’s storyline. I think they’re building up something with Claire.

I’m looking forward to The Office, Grey’s, Friday Night Lights and SUPERNATURAL!!!!!

YAY – Heroes fans!! ;) I agree with everyone on how fun this season is going to be, and yeah, there were some great storylines hinted at. Tammy, I love the idea that the swordmakers daughter might be the real hero. What a cool angle that would be.

Hiro is adorable and I sure hope they do soemthing with all that screentime they gave Claire LOL. I can’t wait to see more of Peter, for sure. And… um, what was with Nathan’s image in the mirror? Theories?

Now that the week is winding down, I hope everyone enjoyed their shows! I actually watch very little TV, usually a show a season, if that (thanks TiVo). This year it’s Heroes, so it’ll be fun to see what happens.
