		<description>Lee- I so agree with you.  And you hit the nail on the head with the health problems, too!  There have been so many studies that prove that attitude plays a major role in health -both in keeping us healthy, and in dealing with major illnesses such as cancer.   The placebo effect is a perfect example of how we create what we beleive in.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m a couple days late on this comment, but I really believe in affirmation. I&#039;ve seen the worse people can do to each other, and had to constantly remind myself there is a better way. When I&#039;m stressed, I do take time to remind myself of the beauty around me, what is really important, and find time to smile and laugh. It can be work, but well worth the effort. I&#039;ve noticed people who are consistently negative, have health problems, along with often mental. I might be a little crazy, but at least I&#039;m positive about it.</description>
