Congrats to Sharon Sobel for winning the cake platter in the conference drawing!
and Congrats to Marlene Urso for her winning Chocolate Cake recipe - Marlene won a lovely recipe box, made just for her!! My pictures didn’t turn out of it, so I’ll take them tomorrow when it’s light out (the flash reflects off the box)
Her winning recipe is:
Decadent Chocolate Cake
1 Devils food cake mix (no pudding in mix)
1 package vanilla pudding
2 eggs
1 container (16 oz) sour cream
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup Kahlua
1 package (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Mix first six ingredients and blend for five minutes. Fold in chocolate chips and turn into a greased and floured pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool and frost with Chocolate Buttercream
Chocoate buttercream frosting2 sticks (1 cup) butter, softened
4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
1 jar (7 or 7 1/2oz) Marshmallow Fluff or Creme
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
For Frosting: Beat butter and melted chocolate in a large bowl with mixer on medium speed until creamy. Beat in marshmallow fluff. When blended, beat in confectioners’ sugar and vanilla. Increase speed to high; beat 3 to 4 minutes until fluffy.

Oh Tawny that is gorgeous! I didn’t know did the D. Dewberry painting too! I love that stuff and the dish is De-Lish!!

Ohhhh no, Diana -I don’t do the painting! I’m so NOT that gifted. A dear friend, Trish Johnson, paints items for me. My first book I held a drawing for a pair of handpainted margarita glasses, which she painted, as well. She does gorgeous work.
Now to figure out what to draw for Risque Business… hmmmmmmm
