My Halloween rocked, and I’m feeling slightly ill from candy-overdose, but all in all, the day was AWESOME. The evening ended by a visit from Princess Leia and a wicked looking Demon (my SIL and brother). I’m blown away at my brother’s talent. An artist, he makes his living as the art director – but he’s SO gifted at makeup of the scary kind.

On the home-improvement front, I was a little bummed today. I found out that rather than moving my furniture, clothes and all back into my bedroom this weekend, it’ll be next week. Ugh. But… it’s all worth it in the end, right?

Which brings me to the writing front I spent the morning with my plotting board, making sure I have this story SOLID, and revisiting the characters before I dive into completing the manuscript. I also took the big step and entered it and another in the Golden Heart contest.
